Some words to Mayweathor VS McGregor

Some Words (Shakespearean sonnet) 

Was in some words the couple didn�t know
Some keys to unlock meanings which they felt
Some islands in a world about to melt
Some memories for passion set to grow

They searched their hearts and seasons of their souls
To draw an instant ever dare not change
They glanced how vast and endless feelings range
What could they say to last such lavish tolls

Each second turned to years of endlessness
Each heartbeat sang of hopes in lovers� eyes
Each silence welcomed warm and longing sighs
Was there some form to all this senselessness

Unclear what form gave meaning to amiss
Was in some words known only to a kiss


Two lovers lost for words to express themselves is the swirl of this Shakespearean sonnet. There are some major ironies here. First note that the couple's search (three lines beginning with "some") in the first quatrain is answered by waiting (three lines beginning with "each")  in the third quatrain. The sonnet ends with the same four words it began with. The biggest irony in this poem about a couple's search for words is: This is a sonnet. A complex one, at that. 

Of course there is something more in a kiss. Something beyond words. In fact, in most lasting relationships there are gestures, looks, senses that go far beyond what words can say. Way back in the day. At our very first dance, Arlene discovered I couldn't dance. Dancing was very important to her. So off we went. In Arlene's basement. I'm a slow learner. Arlene kept the lessons short to keep the interest high and included a lot of kissing and hugging. It's amazing, as dumb and clumsy as I was, she never gave up. Oh, I learned the footwork, but I wasn't a dancer. After years, a light went on. I became a dancer. (Just in time for our marriage.) Now, we have all heard the saying about the male leading. In fact, good dancing involves communication from both partners. Communications without words. So out on the dance floor, as the music flows, two people create magic.

The Second Edition of the Oxford English Dictionary contains 171,476 words in current use, and 47,156 obsolete words. To this there is estimated about 9,500 derivative words. Add to this, there are worlds of meanings, feelings, signals, things and beyond outside these words. Communications are not limited to spoken words. We do not even have to touch the world of the paranormal. People can and do express themselves beyond words. This is not limited to the land of lovers. Anyone familiar with baseball can observe the wordless communication going on all over the field. Even more this wordless world goes beyond us humans. Animals don't have words. They communicate with each other. They communicate with us. It's a wonder-filled world we live in. Let us open ourselves up to the many ways it is reaching out to us and Enjoy.

Widely considered to be one of the greatest boxers of all time, Conor Anthony McGregor is a professional mixed martial artist and professional boxer. He is the reigning UFC Lightweight Champion. These two are scheduled to meet in the ring August 26, 2017. A Bad Lip Reading has caught the two in a verbal confrontation.
